Candidates required to be willing to work long hours when necessary, outdoors year round, have clean driving record, be part of on-call rotation, computer literate, able to read prints and schematics, have their own tools both electrical and mechanical; Diesel & gas engine experience, A/C electrical experience, Automatic transfer switch knowledge, plumbing both gas and exhaust, DOT health card, are SOME of the other experiences that are relevant.

Maintenance Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ·Gather relevant information from the client and create jobs, sites, clients for new customers requesting to become maintenance customers who are not designated as special. ·Prepare and send quotes to customers requesting maintenance proposals, or service customers following first service. ·Receive signed quotes and upon notification from A/R of received payment, setup up new maintenance calls, and subsequent calls upon renewal of the contract. ·Work with parts department to ensure parts kits are setup for new maintenance customers. ·Generate, verify, and print the maintenance calls for each month. Sort staple and file accordingly. ·Work with the service coordinator to schedule these calls. ·Verify at the end of each month past due calls and work to schedule them asap. ·Follow up on open maintenance quotes and renewals. ·For Bill-After contracts provide completed tickets to A/R for final invoicing once all time and material is entered into work order.
